I hope that I never make a post about this ever again. But I need to make the public and clear. You know who you are.
If someone suggests an idea, I may consider it. Ultimately, I might reject it. There are a few reasons why I won’t accept your ideas. I want to keep unnecessary stories out of the comic. Silly filler material may be posted from time to time, but I can’t make them a major multi-parter. It wastes the time of interested followers, and builds up on nothing.
And workarounds to the story building, such as time travel, wiped memories, and dreams are not welcome. I’ve done the dream sequence thing already, and I wasn’t proud of it. Plot devices like these don’t work well in my eyes unless the context fits in with the device.
There will be those cases where I will like an idea written by someone else. If that happens, I will ask for permission to use it. For example: the small fanfic written by the DA fellow. It is a very realistic situation and blends in beautifully with PC canon. I have asked him for permission, and he gave me the green light. The result is the drawn out comic, “Interlude.”
But if I don’t like the idea, then I’m sorry. I can’t incorporate it into the story.
It’s my comic. I decide what can be part of it. I’m sorry that this is coming off as rude and assholey, but that’s how it works. I might post my ideas (or others’) and ask you for your opinions. That’s how I can filter out good ideas and bad ones. There will be a chance to have your own ideas shine. But not now.
If I reject it, don’t badger me. It won’t change my mind, and will result in public posts like this one. If you have a hard time understanding what I’m saying and continue asking me to go forward with a rejected idea, then I will have no choice but to block you. From Skype, from DA, or even from here. And I don’t want to do that. At all. Not to mention that I had drawn a gift for you because I felt sorry for rejecting your story. Now, I won’t do that.
This is my final warning. If you fail to comply, there will be consequences.
Is it selfish of me for keeping PC a relatively closed universe, and tend not to accept ideas from other sources?

Since the format of PC has changed to a more “television show” style, I think there should be some new stories to plan. I have merged some old ones into these, so yeah. And there shouldn’t be so much depression this time. (S) symbolizes slice of life stories with smaller bits and peices, (L) means traditional story arcs.

I wanted to make it a “multiple points of view” type of thing. It’d poke fun at the ones who knock on your door and never leave until you are “saved by Jesus.” After failing to gain a following, they go for drastic measures, including following the Bible’s text very strictly (no mixed fabrics, no tattoos, no gay marriage, etc) and resorting to violent acts. Another side would focus on those who believe these people are fucking insane and want them gone. Another side would focus on converts and their false hope. Then we have those who don’t care and wants everyone to shut the fuck up.
It used to be a whole story. But, with all the crap happening with American politics, and the Muslim movie protests, it’d get old and repetitive. I might sneak some references every now and then.
Why should I satirize religion and the state of the GOP if they are already doing it themselves?!
I mean, really?!?! Rolling down windows on a plane?!?! And he wants to be president?!
I give up! Screw it! I’m not doing this anymore.

“I am sorry, America,” said one such protester. “This is the real Libya.” Early in the day yesterday, thousands of protesters gathered in Libyan streets to denounce the attacks and disown the sentiments of Ansar al-Sharia, the Islamist group suspected of carrying them out. Later in the night, an offshoot of several hundred protesters split off and stormed the Ansar al-Sharia headquarters. They torched a vehicle, but managed to assume control of the compound without firing any shots. Some of those involved claim to have freed 20 captives held inside.

Los Cielos (in CM Diaries) was written originally for Post Crusade. Technically, it does exist in PC, but as a small village around the size of Ponyville.
In an old draft of “The End”, Apple Bloom dies in an accident. It was later changed to Scootaloo. Currently, one of the possible endings involve Rumble dying. “The End” shouldn’t appear for many years.
It’s written that Diamond Tiara is currently in juvenile detention for 90 days. It is not final.
Most of PC was written in 3 months. Diaries was written in 6 days.
There is a script in PC where sex is involved (Not saying who is involved :P). It’s unknown if I’ll ever bring it to light.
Aero suspension, the wing disease that Scoots and Rumble have in PC, does not exist in Diaries.
The year is 3971 in Diaries because the “Common time” calendar begins at Pegasopolis’ founding. The princesses came to power a century after.
Comparatively, time in PC runs with our time (2015 AD). The modern era begins after Discord was defeated and the princesses took power.
Restricted Adulthood (The silly ID that Pinchy has) in PC loosely mirrors the adulthood of foals in Diaries.
Cars exist in Diaries. But they are given the name “autocars.”
Diaries’ Pegasopolis is based on Hong Kong.
That really awkward moment where you realize that you forgot Scoot’s wings.
I think I’ll start something where I tell you the strange byproducts coming from my head. It’s how PC and Diaries were formed, so maybe this’ll lead to something else.
