one of new jersey’s most famous confections, saltwater taffy, was invented because some asshole’s candy shop flooded and ruined all his taffy and he sold it to a child anyway and i think that pretty much says a lot about the overall cultural climate of new jersey

Full disclosure, I don’t even use YouTube that much (so I don’t pay attention to every little detail on the site) and they gave me this layout months ago, so I’ve gotten used to it anyways.
And I get mad about people getting mad about changes all the time for show, tbh. I’m sure there are legit concerns about usability and priorities in play, but for real, some people just think every time a site updates it’s like someone shat down their throats and they act all mad and borderline offended for the pettiest/most dumb-ass reasons. Then they repeat the same shit the next time the site updates.

Slightly different fonts im ok with, but it 100% busted my fucking stylish skin which made it not eye strainingly bright and thats whats pissing me off .
On a related note, I’m surprised that the built-in dark theme hasn’t gotten a lot of attention.
