As you might have noticed, there are going to be 18 posts of Yearly Sweetie in total. I’ve decided to post them stretched out over three days. Every day on midnight UTC (7pm in New York, 4pm in Los Angeles, 1am in Berlin, 10am in Brisbane), I’m gonna publish six posts at once. This way, I don’t spam your dashboard and get to tease you two more days.

Just wanted to let y’all know. First post’s gonna be up in 48 hours, 35 minutes. Seeya then!

One time, a girl called me white because “Latinos come from Spain, and Spanish people are white.”

Now, this isn’t completely false in general. White Hispanics are a thing since whiteness is racial (and has that social construct thing tied to it), and Hispanicity is an ethnicity that is tied to Spain or its former colonies.

However, I’m an ethnic Mestizo, a mix of European decent and Amerindian decent. As for race, I really don’t identify as white, so that’s that.

The girl was persistent, though. Saying that I couldn’t be “raceless” and had to be either white or Hispanic.

Posts with only read-mores seem so empty on the outside. So here’s some filler.

Commissions shall be opening soon after the New Year. Prices shall be the same as the last time. The only difference will be that requests shall have to go through email only.

Okay that’s good. Now for the NSFW news.

Also, what the hell? Skype just crashed on the desktop and refuses to reconnect. It’s doing the same thing on the tablet. o-o

Scratch that. But it’s still borking on the desktop.

Not according to the Russians who want an excuse to celebrate Christmas but cant because they are not Christians .

what are you talking about, the majority of russians are christians

Also, in Christianity, Christmas is a full liturgical season lasting 12 days from 25 December to 6 January on the Epiphany.

Really, we’re supposed to keep celebrating until that day.

"Back" into the world of Apple? Were you once a Mac user, Mr. Cactus?

Asked by Anonymous

I used to be a big Apple fan. At one point, I had a Macbook Pro, and iPod Touch (2nd Gen) and was saving up for an iMac to replace my ailing desktop.

I kinda grew out of it. iPod was hand-me-downed in favor for my Galaxy S1, and the Macbook was the only Apple thing left. I started using it less and now it’s on the brink of death.
