See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

Popularity is a strange thing.

When we all start out with these ask blogs or stories or whatever, we strive to be noticed. Attention and praise boosts our egos and makes us feel better.

But simply working on something for popularity and praise is hollow. There really isn’t much to gain from constant attention after a while. Unless of course, you are an attention whore at your core.

What I have learned that at a certain point, popularity becomes less of a goal and more of a side effect. By this time, you probably have met some great friends and/or reached a state where you are working on a blog just because you want to and it makes you happy.

Your comfort zone.

And those followers and readers are just a product of that work. A nice little number to remind you how far you have come.

So I guess our goal shouldn’t be to race to the top. But to reach the point where everything checks out. Where you’re happy of where you are right now.
