Inkscape. A free vectoring program from when I vectored stuff.
That right there is the program used to add text to PC and Diaries.
I am currently not using it.

You know you have good friends when you engage in a lengthy discussion over pony orgies and no one is insulted.
Increasing the default resolution of my drawing canvas allows me to draw with greater accuracy.
But it does mean that I have to redraw most of my character resources. Oh well. They need a cleanup, anyway.
