- Cactus: There have been 2 attempts to recolonize the area bordering the forbidden forest. The original was abandoned after the events surrounding Luna's banishment ('member that?). The first attempt to recolonize that area had a bad end. The second attempt (made by Granny's family) was successful.
- Übertreiber: Ponyville originally was Sunny Town which was the city near the Royal Sisters' Castle.
- Übertreiber: Ponies never found out what happened to its twin village, Loony Town.
- Chaos Bolt: Except one...

- Chaos Bolt: Could we have found where Pinkie learned how to break the 4th wall and gained the power of cartoon physics?

- Cactus: Now. Let's go over how Ponyville has been around for centuries (Winter Wrap Up), but was founded in Granny Smith's lifetime (Family Appreciation Day).

- Chaos Bolt: Granny Smith died in the Everfree Forest to Timberwolves, but some magic in there brought her back to life as well as extending it to an unknown length.

- Chaos Bolt: Possibly related to Zap Apples, but that effect is only found in their wild variants
- Übertreiber: When Granny Smith died, Applejack couldn't accept the fact she'd lost the last parenting relative and brought her granny back in a satanic ritual.
- Chaos Bolt: and the last wild Zap Apple tree died from the invasive insects that foreign Timberwolves brought to the forest.
