To anyone freaking out over the Orphaned Works Copyright Law
Even better, the Orphan Works Law isn’t even a bill being considered by congress, it’s a proposal by the Copyright offices and they want feedback on it.
That feedback is apparently “Everyone panic they’re taking away our copyrights” which wasn’t their intentions at all as I stated in my previous post.
So yes, it is once-again Tumblr not fact checking and reacting based purely on raw emotions rather than facts, rational thought, or taking a moment to consider if they’re reblogging something true or not.
