Exactly one year ago, I watched Feeling Pinkie Keen, my first MLP episode ever. At this point, I knew the characters and key fandom facts. But never seen them in canon action.

It wasn’t a great idea to start off from the middle. So I saw the pilot. I was hooked from minute 5.

Being a brony has been an amazing experience. Who knew that so many people would be fans of a show made for 9-12 year old girls? I’ve met so much friendly and encouraging people and made good friends. Though I expressed my qualms about this fandom sometimes, nothing will ever push me away from it.

Not bad, being that this is the first fandom I’ve ever been active in.

To you guys on DA and to the guys on Tumblr, I just want to say thank you for making my first year here a blast. It really has been amazing.

Here’s to a year, and many more to come.
