They are not drinking anything alcoholic. Unpasteurized juice can naturally ferment and gain a minuscule amount of alcohol (less than .1% volume). Which makes this whole thing redundant.

Seriously! The only real reason why someone would like a license to drink JUICE in a bar is because of the social atmosphere. Remember, there’s no Facebook in Equestria. The 13+ bar is a place a gathering and socializing IRL. And there won’t be any fights or sexual harassment because NO ONE IS DRINKING AND GETTING DRUNK.

To Apple Bloom, this place is a stress reliever. What with the Scootaloo situation, and experiencing her longtime friends slowly crack down. The poor girl need to relax! There’s another way of relieving stress, but that’s not relevant right now…

The point is that they’re drinking juice in the most convoluted fashion.

If all they’re doing is drinking juice then why all the convolutedness with licenses and guest vouchers and .01% alcohol and stuff? Why not just say they’re hanging out in a non alcoholic juice bar?

You’re talking to the same guy who completely rewrote Equestrian history just to make a blog more interesting. I have no logic or laws. I just come up with this bullshit and apply it.
