Welp. It’s gonna happen.

Personally, I think it’s a sketchy decision. But I’m confident that the writers will deliver with a reasonable coronation episode.

But then what?

Will Twilight just stay in Canterlot for the rest of the series, leaving behind her 5 dear peasant friends? Or will she stay in Ponyville and the citizens of the backcountry town will just have to get used to having an alicorn princess living amongst the common ponies?

*light bulb*

Come on! This is Twilight Sparkle and MLP we’re dealing with! Obviously, Twilight will be faced with being a princess forever and be seperated from her friends or abdicating her awesome power and remain a common unicorn and keep the Mane 6 intact! And we all know what she’ll choose…

Boom! Hasbro gets their Twicorn merch to sell, while the viewers and DHX keeps Twily the same ol’ unicorn for the rest of the series! And she’ll have a story to tell for her grandkids whom we depict in our ludicrous fanfics! Win-win!

Of course, this is a theory. So don’t take this seriously. Unless it happens, then you can call me your Great Prophet.

(And as determined by my internal contract, I’m obligated to tell you how this episode will affect Post Crusad. Because, you may not remember, but Twilight was already shown sans wings in this 3-year-accelerated universe. As far as you and I know, the theory I mentioned happened in PC. That’s the plan. >_<)
