I would like to take this time to publicly apologize to SamRose for my behavior during the shipping war.

I began taking the fun fight much too seriously to the point where I really did think this was a war by throwing insults and vilifying my friends. I thought it was just a fun role-play of some sort, but I did not take into account Sam’s feelings towards that kind of attitude.

I do share responsibility for his recent depression.

Sam is an amazing person and friend who has always been there for me, and others. He’s kind, funny, and his stories are something to marvel at. He doesn’t deserve to have people turn on him for a stupid shipping fight. Even if it’s not a true fight, we shouldn’t start throwing personal attacks like I was. 

So Sam, I’m sorry. I’m sorry that I made you feel isolated and upset by exaggerating something as trivial like this. It was wrong of me to treat a friend that way.
