The Mane 6 as some large mixed entity of love and platonic friendship. They all have feelings for each other (some more than others), but it all averages out to a universal amnesty and sensation of wholeness and completeness.
Like a rat king, except not as gross and deathly. Like an orgy, but without the sex.
However, that doesn’t rule sex out of the equation.
Bottom line: The Mane 6 are one adorable unit of magical friendships with benefits.
