I wonder how many people think that Rarity’s special talent is making dresses.
Because it’s not.
Her talent is using gems to make dresses.
I think.
Whatever it is, it has to make use of the gems.
Just to reiterate, I’m not saying her talent has to do with gems because her mark depicts gems. I was referring back to the cutie mark story with the geode. (Curse these coincidences.)
So yeah, it appears that finding gems seems to be the general consensus
