Are they trying to imitate a deleted blog’s url? Or are those actual deleted blogs that have the deleted date attached to them?

at this point, i don’t even know 

I thought this was a Tumblr automated thing that happens when an account is deactivated. The string of numbers are the dates when the blog was closed.
