Are you planning on upgrading your computer or buying a new one?
I am planning buying a new computer.
Preferably one with dedicated graphics, 500 GB of storage space, a CD/DVD drive, and at least 4 GB of RAM. Oh, and Windows because of Paint Tool SAI.
