Question for you, Cacts: Do you make your blogs because you want to tell a story, because you want to entertain people, because you want to see your ideas come to life, or some other reason I haven't thought of?

It’s pretty much all of the above.

Long ago, I was desperate to get PC’s predecessor out the door for others to see. I wanted to tell a story as best as I could. The predecessor failed to gain ground, but I stubbornly refused to let the idea die completely. And Post Crusade was born.

Diaries was born out of my desire to world-build, and for those ideas to play out in a story.

And of course, no story is effective if there isn’t some element of entertainment.

So yeah. I want to tell an entertaining story that both brings out my ideas, and for the audience to enjoy as well.

notagoodusername360 replied to your post: Okay. It is now obvious that I’ve bitten off more…

Feels like RC is getting the short end of the stick here… :/

I know. But it’s the only way to get everything ready for [fun things] in the summer. I simply can’t keep up with the way I operating it now.

I chose a personal blog format since I wrote it that RC actually made a blog and that’s how he’s been answering things. It’s a view of his life in a self-imposed prison. (Teenage angst, ahoy.) A format like this seems a bit more appropriate after a while.

But, if it does flop, I’ll revert back.
