I still don't care for Sandy
Asked by picketsmodblogWoman takes the foal of her dead friend to give a good home, does her absolute best for the safety and upkeep of the foal, does what she thinks is financially the best solution, cares for her during all the stressful situations, adopts her as her own once she realizes how much she cares for her daughter, does her best as a mother, fights to the bitter end for her daughter to have custody of her child, goes to people who can fix the dimensional problems in her world for the sake of others…
And people still don’t like her.
Kind of peculiar.

Yes, letting her go out at night unattended, not teaching her sexual precautions when she reaches puberty (I mean, COME ON, puberty does not just HAPPEN one day without it being noticed for girls!), constantly shoving consequences down her throat immediately after the infamous incident without any real guidance or support and putting her own FINANCIAL problems ahead of her adopted daughter’s safety is clearly what a responsible caretaker does.
I’d reword that.
She did what she thought was best for Scootaloo. She had good intentions, but didn’t pan out the right way.
And come on. Give her a break with that. She’s a first time adoptive mother in her 40s. As if she’s gonna learn how to be the perfect mother right on the spot. She made her mistakes, and vows to never make them again. Just like any normal person would.
On a related note, what’s more peculiar is that the character who basically fucked Scootaloo over in the first place is apparently given more sympathy than Sandy. :T

I think it’s more or less an art style issue, since mine differs so much from Sam’s. I use a more show-accurate body shape. The models I use to make them are modified versions of the models used in PC, since the ages are similar
